Sweet potato: Cut in half cover in coconut oil wrap in foil. 40 min @365. Scoop out inside and add, cream cheese, shaved and copped carrots, kale, cheese of choice, garlic, coconut oil, pink salt and pepper. Add tablespoon of milk. Mix well and scoop back into potato. Top with cherry tomato for an amazing top flavor. Bake at 365 for 15 minutes and broil for 1.
