Biscuits N Sausage Gravy

Ingredients - This recipe makes 4-6
1 lb "hot" breakfast sausage
3 tbsp butter
¼ cup flour
3 cups whole milk
Salt and pepper
1. -Cook 1 lb hot breakfast sausage on medium/high heat into nicely browned crumbles.
2. -Remove sausage from the pan with a slotted spoon and reserve those yummy drippings to make the gravy.
3. -Reduce to medium heat and stir in 3 tbsp butter until melted
4. -Add ¼ cup flour and whisk until smooth
5. -Let mixture cook until light brown, and then slowly whisk in 3 cups whole milk.
6. -Stir until thick and well combined.
7. -Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. -Stir sausage crumbles back into gravy.
9. Serve over your favorite biscuits! Enjoy!
