Chicken Wings With Vegetables

This is one Russian/Latvian yummy dish. It is so simple and easy to make and it tastes so so good! We used to make this dish a lot for dinner and it’s not that bad for you! If you don’t include potatoes, you can have this for dinner any time -- Allasyummyfood

Ingredients - This recipe makes 4
1 kg of chicken wings – around 10-12 wings
Salt and Pepper
5 tbsp. of mayonnaise
6 cloves of garlic
3 medium carrots
6 medium potatoes
2 tomatoes
50 ml of single/double cream ( If you want it more creamy, use double cream)
 
Instructions 
1. Step 1 : Preheat your Owen to 180 degrees.
 
2. Step 2 : Prepare the vegetables. Peel and cut potatoes into half, cut carrots into disks, and cut tomatoes into slices. Chop garlic into small pieces, if you have a garlic squeezer – use that.
 
3. Step 3 : Place potatoes on to the baking tray, add carrots and tomatoes
 
4. Step 4 : Wash chicken wings in cold water.
 
5. Step 5 : Make the sauce. Add mayonnaise with garlic into a bowl. Mix well, add salt and pepper.
 
6. Step 6 : Marinate chicken wings, one by one in the sauce and place them on the baking tray on top of the potatoes.
 
7. Step 7 : Repeat for the rest. Sprinkle a bit more salt and pepper on top and all over the vegetables.
 
8. Step 8 : Place chicken wings into the owen for 60 min at 180 degrees. Half way through check the wings and add single cream all over the chicken and vegetables.
 
9. Step 9 : Serve with vegetables, 2-3 chicken wings per person.
