Cut off bread edges and slice open the bread horizontally. Slowly open the bread take most of the soft part out.
Half the pickles
Put the bread on a piece of foil. Make sure there will be enough foil to cover the roll.
Spread the cream cheese on the inside of bread. Line pickles up on the bread side closest to you. Add ham and cover with cheese. Leave about half an inch of bread at the top. The cream cheese there will seal the roll.
Roll the bread tightly, starting from the pickles.
Now cover completely with foil and let stand for at least 3 hours.
When ready to serve, remove foil and cut into desired thickness rolls.
