Ingredients - This recipe makes 1 shake
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
¼ cup frozen spinach
¼ cup frozen mango chunks
4 oz unsweet almond milk
2 Tbls plain Greek yogurt
8 oz water
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cinnamon
*optional to top off
crushed walnuts
shaved coconut
1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
2. Pour into your fancy glass and top with crushed walnuts, shaved coconut, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Tips and Tricks
Using frozen veggies and fruits add to the thickness of your shake. Buy bags of organic fruits and veg to keep on hand!
