4 boxes jello (any flavor you like)
2 boxes gelatin (1 ounce each)
4 cups boiling water
4 cups cold water (or substitute vodka, gin, tequila)
Wash watermelon. With sharp knife, cut watermelon in half. Remove the watermelon meat from inside leaving about ¼ inch layer.
Prepare jello in large mixing bowl. Add 4 pouches of flavored jello and 2 pouches of unflavored gelatin. Gently mix in the 4 cups boiling water for about 2 minutes.
Add the 4 cups cold water (or alcohol of choice) and stir in.
Refrigerate for about 4 hours.
Once jello is set, you can slice the watermelon into size of your choice.
