- This recipe makes 10-15 servings
1 64 oz. Bottle of Clamato
2 cucumbers - quartered
1 white onion - diced
1 bunch cilantro - roughly chopped
4 medium tomatoes - diced
1 ½ pounds of precooked shrimp of your choice
Juice of 2 lemons
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 8 oz. Can of tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients in a large Tupperware, stir and place in refrigerator over night (if you can..it's hard!) for optimal flavor.
Garnish with hot sauce, avocado, additional lemon and cilantro, serve with tortilla chips or saltine crackers, or enjoy as is!
