flour (1 ½ cups)
cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips (⅓ to ½ cup, optional)
liquid sweetener (¼ cup)
ground coconut sugar (¼ cup)
nut butter (3 tbsp)
vanilla extract (1 tbsp)
salt (¼ tsp)
Whisk together liquid sweetener, nut butter and ¼ - ⅓ cup water.
Stir in coconut sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Mix in flour and salt. Add more flour if wet or liquid sweetener if dry.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press into baking dish and chill for 1 hour.
