- This recipe makes 6 drinks
4 cups pear juice
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
1 star anise
6 oz of Brandy
Place the juice, ginger and star anise in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add brandy and serve immediately or keep warm. Garnish with star anise and/or pear slice.
