½ cup yogurt
1 tsp each of Mexican Chipotle seasoning, curry powder, red pepper flakes

2 tbsp Pasta Sauce
2 fresh plum tomatoes
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow red pepper
2 tbsp chopped calamata olives
4-cheese mix to garnish

Instructions
1. I swear this is the best pasta dish I have ever made/had. It was sort of an experiment and it turned out delicious. Here's a quick blueprint of the recipe for Spicy Chicken Tandoori Pasta:

2. Marinade chicken breast pieces in lemon and salt for five minutes. Mix together yogurt, curry powder, Mexican Chipotle seasoning, chopped green chillies, and red pepper flakes. Add in chicken pieces and leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile get the water boiling for the pasta (I used Cellentani - any macaroni works). Heat olive oil and add some coriander seeds (makes a HUGE difference) until they crackle. Add chopped onion and sauté till translucent. Add chicken along with marinade. Fry and turn pieces till they lose color. Add a few tablespoons of tomato paste or pasta sauce. Taste for salt. Add chunks of fresh tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, handful of peas, and chopped olives. Leave until chicken is tender, around 10 minutes. Meanwhile boil pasta till al dente. Drain.

3. Serve the chicken over the pasta and top with 4-cheese mix.
