Ingredients
½ cup of green peas
1 and ¼ cups Rice (Basmati Rice for better taste)
1 and ½ teaspoon of oil
⅓ teaspoon of cumin
1 large of chopped onion
½ teaspoon of Ginger paste
½large of chopped tomato
¼ teaspoon of turmeric
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Garlic paste
2 slited Green chilies
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
2 Black cardamom
4-6 cloves
 
Instructions 
1. Wash rice in water for 1-2 times and then soak it in water for about an hour.
 
2. Add cumin aftering heating oil in pan. Next, add cardamom, , bay leaf, turmeric, cinnamon and cloves when they start to change color.
 
3. Add chilies, garlic and ginger . Cook on medium heat for 1 and ¼ minutes.
 
4. Add green peas, tomato and for 2 - 3 minutes.
 
5. Add rice after draining the water. Stir gently for 1 minute.
